To begin select your favorite essential oil for 3-5 minutes of aromatherapy to begin quieting your mind, body & spirit. This facial includes cleansing, exfoliating face scrub and hydrating the face. It also includes a face massage, upper body massage, hand & arm massage and ends with fifteen minutes of Red LED Light Therapy.

A clinical treatment performed on your back to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate the skin.
The benefits of a back facial are clean, hydrated & soft skin. (Not itchy like your winter skin). We'll remove dirt, oil and dead skin cells, help to heal & clear breakouts. We'll stimulate collagen production, circulation, & lymph movement to help drain the lymph system. And it is the Ultimate in Relaxation!

This is the ultimate spa day treatment. We'll go in & first do your back facial, exfoliating, hydrating & healing your skin on your back. Then we'll finish off with an hour on your face cleansing, hydrating, & exfoliating your face. This is the ultimate in relaxation.
You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed & rejuvenated!

Ms. Bliss Aroma Touch Destress Session
Using Essential Oils applied to key pressure points on the body it releases trapped stress allowing you to reset your nervous system & come to a place of peace & calm. I am a certified Aroma Touch Therapist through DoTerra Oils.
This treatment will help you release unwanted tension in your body, bring down your stress levels & have you feeling relaxed in no time.
1 Hour Long
